Privacy Policy

CrewPack has no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no location access. Your trips live on your phone. Screenshots are read and discarded.
To read your schedule, CrewPack sends the screenshot you choose to our server, which passes it to Anthropic's API to be read, then discards it. It is never written to disk, never logged, and never used to train anything. But it does leave your phone — so a screenshot that shows other crew members' names, employee numbers, or your pay is sending that too. Crop before you share if that matters to you.
What CrewPack collects
No account is required and none is offered. We don't ask for your name, email address, employee number, airline, or phone number, and we have no way to identify you.

What we deliberately don't do
- No analytics or usage tracking SDKs.
- No advertising, and no tracking across apps or websites.
- We never sell or rent data, because we don't hold any.
- Crew names, employee numbers, phone numbers and pay figures visible in a screenshot are never extracted, returned, or stored — the reader is explicitly instructed to ignore them and has nowhere to put them.
Services we rely on
- Anthropic — reads the screenshot. Images are processed to return a result and are not used to train models. Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Apple WeatherKit — forecasts for airport coordinates. Apple's privacy policy.
- Apple — handles all subscription billing. We never see your payment details.
- RevenueCat — tells the app whether a subscription is active. It uses an anonymous identifier generated on your device and is not linked to your name or email. RevenueCat's privacy policy.
- Railway and Vercel — host the service and this website.
Children
CrewPack is a work tool for airline crew. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Your rights
Because there's no account and nothing stored on our side, there's no data of yours for us to hand over, correct, or delete. Everything CrewPack knows about you is on your phone and goes away when you delete the app. If you'd like that confirmed in writing, ask.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what leaves your device, the change will be noted in the app's release notes as well as here — not quietly amended on this page.
