Support
Email support@crewpack.app. A real person reads it, usually within a day or two — allowing for the fact that they're sometimes at 37,000 feet.
How it works
- Screenshot your trip in whatever app your airline gives you. If it scrolls, take two or three.
- Add them to CrewPack. It reads the layover cities and your ground time at each.
- Check what it read, fix anything that's off, and you get the bag list.
Common questions
It read my trip wrong
Every field on the confirm screen is editable before you continue — that screen exists precisely because no reader is perfect. Anything it was unsure about is flagged. If a particular screenshot is reliably misread, send it to support@crewpack.app and it'll go into the test set.
Does it work with my airline?
It should. CrewPack reads the screenshot rather than looking for a specific app's layout, so there's no list of supported airlines to be on or off. If yours doesn't read well, that's a bug worth telling us about — and in the meantime you can type the cities in directly, which takes about ten seconds.
The times look wrong by a few hours
Crew schedules print times in local, Zulu, or base time, and most apps don't label which. CrewPack guesses from what's on screen and shows you its guess on the confirm screen, where you can switch it.
My trip is weeks away
Beyond the forecast window CrewPack shows what that city is typically like at that time of year, clearly labelled as typical rather than forecast. It's the right answer for a bid award — just don't pack to it as if it were tomorrow's forecast.
Subscriptions, restoring, and cancelling
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Changed phones, or reinstalled? Settings → Restore Purchases.
- To cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CrewPack. Cancelling stops renewal; the current period runs out as paid.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue them, but tell us what went wrong anyway so it gets fixed.
Deleting your data
There's no account, so there's nothing on a server to delete. Your trips live on your phone — delete the app and they're gone. See Privacy for what does and doesn't leave the device.
Does it need my location?
No. CrewPack never asks for location access. It gets weather for the airports in your trip, not for wherever you happen to be standing.
